The ULTRA QUAD magnetic clamping system guarantees flexibility and fast positioning of the piece when working on CNC machines. Its square pole technology ensures an even magnetic clamping. The high clamping capacity allows different kinds of operations on work pieces such as moulding and forging. What makes the UQ system innovative and unique is the possibility of dramatically reducing machining and idle times.
One of the many advantages offered by UQ is the possibility of machining five faces simultaneously.

UQ electronic control units are designed for quick activation and deactivation cycles. Each unit is supplied with a mirror controller armored cable, mains cable and a remote control. The state-of-the-art electronic technology in the control unit has a system that ensures the correct saturation of the magnetic elements. All UCSQ controllers can adjust the magnetizing power at 8 different levels. One, two and four-channel versions are available to control several mirrors with a single UCSQ controller. All of our controllers are equipped with advanced software and can ensure that no magnetic residue is present.
